Egg Protein: More than just food
Egg Protein is popularly known as the perfect protein and has been a staple food since years. The sport of bodybuilding requires you to develop fine curves in order to acquire a splendid body showcasing lean muscular mass at the same time cutting on excess fat in the body. Egg protein has been the favorite among a number of bodybuilding enthusiasts to maintain a healthy physique and well toned body. If your bodybuilding goals are aimed at shedding fat and developing those gorgeous cuts you need to take a look at some of the great egg white products and supplements available in the market these days.

Since ages, egg has remained a great source of protein for a number of body building enthusiasts and athletes all across the globe. In olden days, several enthusiasts were made to drink raw egg white as part of their diet plan which was quite unsafe while others were made to consume about a dozen cooked eggs as part of their regime which ended up in providing fats along with the proteins and was considered an unhealthy way of acquiring nutrition.

Biological Value: The biological value of egg proteins is highest among all natural foods. Several protein powders are based on proteins derived from eggs such as albumin, owing to its fine quality. It contains all the essential amino acids required for the growth and development of the human body. It enhances metabolism and stimulates the development of lean muscular tissue.

Protein Quality and weight Loss:
It is important to analyze the quality of protein as it plays a significant role in the process of initiating weight loss. Poor quality protein compels the body to use it as fuel or covert it into fat for storage. A number of junk foods and processed foods contain poor quality protein that has increased chances of getting stored as fat. Egg protein is used for the process of synthesis and limits the amount that can be stored as fat.

Health and proteins: It is necessary to consume adequate nutrients in order to maintain a healthy body and bring about complete wellness. Proteins are required for the growth and development of the body, aid recovery, enhance immunity and maintain muscle tissues. They also aid in the synthesis of antibodies and prevent the body against an array of diseases.

Raw eggs and protein: Our bodies do not have the capability to digest raw egg white safely. Avidin is an enzyme found in raw egg whites that is known to block the uptake of Biotin resulting in deficiency of Vitamin B6. Egg white needs to be cooked in order to neutralize Avidin so that the body can conveniently digest it.

An average sized egg is comprised of 39 g water, 6.5 g protein, 5.6 g fat and 0.5 g carbohydrates. The rest of it is vitamins and minerals. Egg white contains more protein than egg yolk with nearly no fat and cholesterol.

Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods available naturally providing the body with a number of vitamins and minerals needed for growth and development. The health and fitness industry is flooded with a number of products and services, of which, food supplements are in great demand. Today, one can compensate the absence of any food group from the diet with the help of food supplements.

Egg protein is vital for initiating a number of growth and development processes in the human body. It contains negligible amounts of fat and is a healthy source of high quality protein. A number of supplement companies manufacture egg protein based products that can go a long way in benefiting those who do not consume eggs at all, or cannot consume large quantities in a regular meal. It is available in the form of powders and liquids and imparts the adequate amount of protein to all those who consume it. It is an ideal product for a number of bodybuilding enthusiasts, athletes and those who are looking to keep in good shape.
