. A fitness ball is a great way to get in shape, recover from an illness and exercise on a regular basis. The stability ball owes its origin to Mike and Stephanie Morris in 1990s when it was first used to rehabilitate patients suffering from spinal injuries and neurological disorders. Today, it is regarded as one of the key equipments in bringing about complete fitness in any professional fitness program.

Fitness balls are known for their unique quality, strength and robustness.  They can hold up to 1000 lbs. and are great for forceful and vibrant workouts that incorporate resistance.

You can do this by sitting in an upright position on the ball with your feet flat on the ground and your weight distributed evenly. Your knees should be slightly lower and bent to create a 90 degree. You could even take expert guidance from a trainer or fitness expert befor buying the right ball.

Taking care of your exercise ball: All fitballs require air from time to time. This might not be an indication of a leak, but if you doubt one, then you must check it thoroughly. The best way of doing this is by holding the ball under a stream of water from different positions and watching out for bubbles. The leak can also take place form the plug and the problem can be sorted out by reinserting it.

Do not expose your ball to direct sunlight for a long period of time as this may result in melting its surface. Keep it away from heat and any sharp objects.
