Your dietary intake must include the adequate quantities proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. As per expert advice you must focus on consuming 40% proteins, 40% carbohydrates and 20 % essential fats as a part of your total caloric intake during the day. Animal products such as lean meat, fish, egg whites, chicken and cottage cheese are highly beneficial for males. Botanical food such as fresh fruits and vegetables include lots of fiber and roughage are also good. They enhance the metabolism of the body and provide the body with a large number of vitamins and keep it hydrated.

Supplementation: A male fitness program is incomplete without proper supplementation. You might not be able to intake all the essential nutrients in your dietary intake on a daily basis unless you consume a wide variety of foods.
