Adequate supply of Physphatidylserine aids to manage raise of cortisol throughout training sessions, promotes homeostasis and also manages proteins that organize membrane functions. The daily prescribed limit for intake of physphatidylserine is merely 800 gm per day.

For bodybuilders, those who dedicated over boosting muscle growth, it is advisable to avoid aerobics as the exercises included in aerobics leads to a diminution in testosterone levels.
