What is free weight training?

The first most important thing is that a very large weight variation is possible, and selection of these weights does not require a lot of effort, all you need to do is insert a pin in between the weights, and you are ready with your stress level. Secondly, the machine is very easy to use as well.
The handling of weights is most easy in case of weight machines than as compared to free weights. The risk of injury is highly minimized in case of weight machines. Weight machines are also very user friendly and therefore more appropriate for the beginners level.
The major disadvantage of weight training machines is there high cost and maintenance requirement. Therefore, if you are beginning your body building then use a weight training machine and then slowly move to the free weight training exercises.
