Bodybuilding Tips and Techniques
There are many ways to increase the intensity of your workout and as I said you will probably find yourself using them more and more as you seek to grow as fast as humanely possibly. The problem with this is that your body sadly has a limited ability to recover from each workout, and the more intense and brutal each workout is the longer it will take you to recover. Despite this, most of us will train with the same frequency as before and so you end up in an over-trained state. Use Periodization Bodybuilding Techniques
Periodization is a concept where you use cycles to break up your training. Regardless of your ultimate goal you should have a plan, and this plan needs to be broken up into your daily, weekly, and monthly workouts. So, you may have a week of heavy intense training, then a maintenance week of lighter training, the light week allows the muscles to recuperate, yet because they’re still being trained atrophy will not occur from disuse. In order to avoid a state of over training.
Technique - Giant step
In this technique known as giant step you will need to work on single muscle groups. This means performing three different exercises while laying emphasis on a particular muscle and though it may be used on each muscle in the body, when exercising the back you will need to be more selective and careful.
The pre-exhaust technique involves working a muscle group using an isolation move before before moving on to a heavier compound joint exercise. This goes against a basic rule of beginning bodybuilding which tells us that a good rule of thumb is to perform heavy multi-joint exercises first, then move on to the lighter isolation moves. There is a method to the madness though. The pre-exhaust technique allows us to fatigue the targeted muscle group so that when we perform the heavier compound joint movement, the targeted muscle will be the first to fail as opposed to the secondary accessory that are used in the exercise.
Bodybuilders need to take out time and sit down and create a concrete bodybuilding workout schedule which is an all important first step towards building a better body and achieving noticeable results. The bodybuilder may need to plan ahead and to do so, would require sitting down with a weekly calendar and filling their fists with pen or pencil. Then, they should determine how many days in the week are be used for exercising and decide upon specific types of bodybuilding exercises to be performed.
