Build Muscle Mass
Building muscle mass is the dream of every body builder. Muscle mass adds lot of value to the bodybuilding definition. Steroids are easy and effective way of building muscles however; they have negative effects and are harmful for body. Workout regime helps in building muscles if the correct strategies are followed. For increasing muscle mass, diet, workout and body supplements plays a crucial role. The fundamental of building muscles is to provide increased nitrogen to muscles which can be done by consuming protein rich diet.
Following are the tips which will help in increasing the muscle weight.
Meat for Muscle – Lean meat and other meats should be consumed with increased frequency to provide the body with the required amount of nitrogen for muscles.
Eat Fish – Fish possess omega fatty acids which make muscles sensitive to insulin. This enables easy entry of amino acids in the muscles. Moreover, fish promotes the storage of glycogen and glucamine in the muscles.
Avoid Aerobics – Aerobics leads to weight loss and hampers the muscle building process. It usually works towards reducing fat.
Do Weights – Use weights to increase your muscle mass especially dumbbells. Increase the number of sets you perform to augment the muscles. Dumbbells increase compound mass and take the work from ancillary muscles. Use more of weights rather than machines to increase the muscle mass.
Plan Out – Plan the workout regime diligently to cover all the muscles of the body. Include exercises for all the muscles which are required to be built. Moreover watch body for the less built muscles and work on them so as to balance the muscle mass. The less developed muscles gain weight and help in gaining muscle mass at a faster pace.
Optimum Sets – Perform sets for every muscle group of the body. At least do 14-16 sets for every muscle group.
