Build your shoulder muscle

If you have a good shoulder then it will enhance your personality and make you more attractive and beautiful. Here we give you some different type of shoulder exercises, which will make your shoulder broad, round and beautiful.

1. Machine press: This exercise is built your side and front deltoid muscle.
Grab the bar on the machine at shoulder level. Raise the bar over your head. Now lower the bar and get back to the starting position.

Perform in a controlled motion.

2. Front dumbbell raises: It is an important exercise to build muscle mass in the front part of your shoulder.

Hold a dumbbell in both hands and stand straight with back of your hand facing forward. Raise one dumbbell in front of you and above your shoulder level. Lower the weight while raising other hand dumbbell. Perform this exercise in an alternating manner.

3. Dumbbell press: Press exercise gives you strong and well shaped shoulder.

Sit on a bench and hold a dumbbell in both hands with palms facing forward. Up the dumbbell over your head and touch them at the top. Lower them as low as possible and feel a good stretch at the bottom.

Avoid jerky movements and go as heavy as possible.

4. Dumbbell shrugs: It is very useful exercise to build your trapezius muscle.

Stand straight with a dumbbell in each hand and hanging on your sides.

Raise your shoulder both sides as high as possible. Feel the contraction for a moment and go back to the starting position.

5. Seated press: Shoulder press is the best exercise to build muscle mass in the shoulder and make your shoulder round and big.

Sit on a bench and grab a bar with overhand grip. Lift the weight over your head and lower the bar under controlled motion and go back to the starting position.
