Calorie Shifting for Weight Loss
Calorie shifting has become a fad these days as it a dieting technique which does not require hard exercises and ensures weight loss in quick time. It has become quite popular due to the safe and fast way in which it loses weight. Moreover, it allows most of the food for consumption during calorie shifting, however, junk food is a big no-no. If followed precisely, calorie shifting can help in losing up to 5 pounds every week. Most importantly, calorie shifting requires four meals a day to be consumed with no small meals or snacks in between the main meal.
Each meal possesses different calorie value but it is a full meal. It is recommended to drink at least 12 glasses of water daily along with coffee, soda and fresh fruit juices. Drinking high amount of water is necessary as it increases the rate of the process and expedites the weight loss effect as the water has the property to wash out the food and increase the rate of metabolism.
Do not opt for only drinking water for calorie shifting; it has to go hand in hand with other techniques of calorie shifting. The weight is required to be monitored with calorie shifting technique. The fundamental behind calorie shifting is that body is not able to adapt to a particular diet by continuously changing the diet thus the body metabolism remains at higher levels.

- The technique does not force the purchase of expensive food items rather inexpensive food items are prescribed to be consumed.
