Different types of health foods

Today, we give you list of some health foods, which will remove the risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease etc. It will also rejuvenate your skin, and make you healthy and fittest person in this world.

1. Apple: It is very useful food to lower your cholesterol and glucose levels lower. It will also strengthen your gums and prevent constipation problem. Eat two apples a day or drink apple juice for your stomach problems. If you are suffering from diarrhea then mix apple with yogurt and drink it. Fresh apples are good source of vitamin C.

2. Spinach: Spinach is one of the most important and excellent food for several diseases.

It contains flavonoid and carotenoid, which are useful in fighting with cancer. Spinach is rich in vitamins like A, B-6, C & K and also an excellent source of riboflavin, calcium, iron and magnesium.

Spinach is also useful in other diseases like Tumor, Insomnia, High blood pressure, Liver and breast cancer.

3. Sweet Potato: It is very effective for stomach ulcers and inflamed condition of the colon. This food is rich in minerals, vitamins fiber, foliate and potassium. It is a good food for those people, who are involved in heavy muscular work. Sweet potato prevents cancer in glands & organs, and beneficial in diabetics and low blood pressure.

4. Blueberries: This food helps to prevent or cure urinary tract infection. Blueberries improve your short term memory and maintain good vision. It will also rejuvenate your age, so that you look younger and beautiful. Blueberries also clean our blood vessel, veins and arteries.

5. Wheat germ: Wheat germ is a good source of vitamins (B-6 and E) and minerals like manganese, magnesium and zinc. It is very important food to prevent or remove muscular disorders problem. It will improve the utilization of oxygen during exercise and remove stress from your body.

    They are all the super foods to eat. Some else are yogurt, broccoli, and soy bean. I eat them regularly, as often as possible..
