Exercise in Busy Schedule

Busy work schedule and family life drains the energy out of the people and it becomes next to impossible to follow that envisioned exercise regime. There are some easy to follow tactic to get that necessary exercise for the body. Read further to discover the trick:

Walk, walk and Walk – Try to walk as much as possible. Use stairs instead of using elevator. Loiter around the shopping mall while shopping to explore it. Walk the meeting if possible. Drink coffee while walking. Grab every opportunity to walk rather to miss it.

Stand – When not moving around, try standing at the work place instead of sitting all the time.  Attend calls standing and not sitting. Bent your legs a little while standing and follow stretching exercises as well.

Rock and Rock –
Something is better than nothing, so while sitting, keep moving. Move back and forth, this also burn calories.

Jiggle – While sitting at work station, keep stepping your feet up and down. This will tighten the calf muscles. Move toes to keep the blood circulation. After every half an hour, get up from chair and stretch the body. For fifteen minutes, work standing then again sit down.

Play – After reaching home, do not become a couch potato. Move your muscles. Play with kids or take the dog out for walk. Run with the dog. This would release the tension trapped in the body caused due to sitting whole day. Opt for gardening. This would freshen up your mind and relax the body muscles as well. Include daily walk in your schedule. Take brisk walk of ten minutes only.

All these light exercises would lay the foundation stone for fitness exercises. Try these once and you would love the relaxed feeling which they impart. These light exercise paves the way for good night sleep and healthy you, all fresh and rejuvenated to start a new day.
