To build big biceps, is always a dream of everyone. If you have good biceps then it will enhance your personality and give you a more attractive look.
Here, we give you some important exercises which will help you to achieve the muscular and bigger biceps.
1. Dumbbell curls: It is one of the important exercises to build muscle mass in the biceps.
Sit on a bench and holding a dumbbell in both hands. Curl the arms to maximum contraction or up to the shoulder level and let the palm face you. Now lower the dumbbells and get back to the starting position.
Perform in a controlled motion and go full range to build longer biceps.
2. Barbell curls: It is very good exercise to build muscular and bigger arms. If you want to build overall muscle mass then barbell curls is the first choice for you.
Hold the bar with an overhand grip with shoulder width apart. Now curl the bar as high as possible and keep your elbow constant. Feel a good contraction at the top and get back to the starting position.
3. Cable curls: This exercise give shape to your arms and build peaked biceps.
Stand straight grab the handles of the cable curls with elbows fixed at your sides. Curl the bar up or as close as possible to your chin and feel contraction at the top. Curl back and get good stretch at the bottom.
4. Hammer curls: It is one of the simple and effective exercises for your biceps.
Sit at the end of a bench and hold dumbbells in both hands. Curl your arms with palms facing each other all the time. Now lower your arms and get back to the starting position.
5. Preacher curls: This exercise develop your arms lower end and biceps peak.
Sit on a preacher bench with your chest against the support, hold the bar placed in the preacher bench rack. Now curl the bar and feel maximum contraction at the top. Lower the bar slowly to feel stress throughout the movement and get maximum extension in the end.
