Building up resistance in the deltoid muscles
The three important parts of the deltoid muscles are the top of that helps you to move your shoulders up, the middle which along with rhomboids helps in pulling shoulder blades back, and the rotator-cuff muscles which are further divide into five parts that hold your shoulder joint together and assists in the rotating motion of the arm. resistance exercise, and increase their strength. The best way to do so is by shoulder press or bench press.
Shoulder press exercises
There are number of variants for shoulder press available, but the best way is to go for a slow but steady resistance build up. To do so start with a lower weight, you are comfortable with, try and keep your body steady while you sit or lie down, the most important portion to be aware of is your spine, if there is any pain at all stop immediately. Try and do a minimum of 10 reps, followed by a one minute rest and another 10 reps on the first day, continue to increment the number by 5 each day upto a weak and then increase the weight doing the same number program for another week.
Using free weights
