Stretching exercise for the back
In order to do this exercise you need to place your body on your hands and knees on to the floor. Following this relax the head completely as it droops. Make a round motion from your back till you stretch your lower and middle back completely. Make a hold time of around 10-15 seconds and as you get comfortable increase this hold time. Make a rep for 5-6 times in each part of your exercise regimen.
