Exercises To Heal Spondilytis Pain

Ever wondered that apart from being your first step to fitness, a lot of different exercises could be a source of well being and alleviation of pain. Well! If you had never thought of it that way then after reading the few lines below, your way of thinking may err.

Spondilytis a major cause of pain and posture problems

Spondilytis remains to be one of the major cause of pain and postural problems globally. With an increased stress on the body and general lack of exercise, our body become more and more prone to spondilytis and associated pain. It is very important that exercises for spondilytis are gentle and mild, without too much harsh body postures.

Exercises at your behest to relieve pain

It is very important to have regular flexibility and stretching exercises to enhance your chances from recovering from the painful symptoms of spondilytis. A few exercises that we are going to elaborate upon are very useful and highly productive in reducing the problems of spondilytis. It is in general recommended that the exercises are most effective, if performed atleast twice daily.

Before you begin!

Just beginning exercising as you get up from your bed could be a major mistake to your muscular health, always make it a point to warm your body by a brisk walk or a routine walk on terrace. Following this you may perform various exercises mentioned below.

Stretching exercise for the back

In order to do this exercise you need to place your body on your hands and knees on to the floor. Following this relax the head completely as it droops. Make a round motion from your back till you stretch your lower and middle back completely. Make a hold time of around 10-15 seconds and as you get comfortable increase this hold time. Make a rep for 5-6 times in each part of your exercise regimen.
