Exercising The Face Muscles To Improve The Looks

Did you ever wonder that exercising the face could also be a possibility? If you feel that this is not plausible, then we can assure you that reading down the next few lines, would certainly ensure you a better and glowing face. Exercising the face not only ensures a relaxed face muscle but also leaves you feeling relaxed and easy. A short stint at the face exercises could also be a very good mood setter for that exclusive party look.

Exercising the face muscles

No one likes the dark circles under the eyes, unless of course you work for a horror company. Well jokes apart, a few exercises to avoid dark circles as well as the left tracks on the face you can exercise the face i.e. the forehead, eyes and the portion below it as well as the cheeks. Before you begin you are required to make sure that you do not overdo any of the exercise mentioned here as this may lead to redness and complications. Also make sure to make short reps at least 4-5 times a day.

Forehead needs maximum attention

First of all clasp your fingers together with thumbs folded. Further on place your fingers near the temple. Temple constitutes the region of meeting of scalp and head. Press the skin on the temple and then move straight up pushing hard enough. Further raise the eyebrows upwards as well, this would be a perfect exercise for the forehead and the tample.

Exercising the eye muscles

A very nice way to exercise the eye muscles is to broad open the eye by placing two to three middle fingers below the eye and then trying to close the eye with as much strength as possible. Repeating 8-10 times every four to 5 hours is a good exercise for the eye muscles.

Advantages of exercising the face and the eye muscles

Exercising the face muscles could be helpful to remove the mark on your forehead and the area between the eyebrows. Such exercises also help to reduce the lines above the eye brows. It could also ensure a better glow and shiny skin surface on the tample. These face exercises also help in removing the haze on the face as well as in reducing the dark circles.
