There are a few myths about fasting that needs to be discussed here. First of all a days fasting could in no way affect your energy levels, rather it provides body to re-source the stored energies making way to better performance. Secondly, fasting cannot do wonders in one or two takes, be consistent and observe fast only in intervals, overdoing is never clever.
