Fitness Level Determines The Kind Of Exercises You Can Do

It is never too late to start exercising but the fact remains that you cannot do all the exercises when you are 60, and hit the gym first time. It is very important that, we are very well aware about the status and measure the physical fitness as well as the fitness of our physiological functions of our body. Therefore, it becomes important that we have a preliminary check up and consult a proper health physician to ensure that various important organs that are going to bear the initial stress of rugged exercise sessions are working at optimum levels.

Get your blood pressure checked

Blood pressure elevation or depression, could be a major indicator of the proper functioning of heart and therefore, it is always advisable to be aware about your blood pressure levels. Although regular exercising is a useful means to overcome the problems of blood pressure, still you must know your blood pressure types as well as your cardiac functionality before hitting on an extensive exercise schedule. A high blood pressure with excessive training, could mean further problems for the heart and hence, it becomes desirable to get a check up beforehand.

Respiratory problems, breathing syndrome or asthma

Extensive exercising means a very high increase in the biological oxygen demand, and therefore, a increased respiratory rate as well, if you are suffering from shallow breathing or having a history of asthmatic attack, then a precaution as well as analysis of stress level becomes very important. It is also advisable that you pursue a preliminary respiratory exercise as well as breathing based yoga actions to ensure that your breathing problems do not come in the way of your will to exercise regularly for health.

Problems of the joints

There are certain painful joint disorders like arthritis, lack of lubrication in joints etc. Knowledge of these diseases are helpful to determine the stress levels you can place on your joints. Optimum stress levels applied on joint are not harmful, but placing too much stress may mean a life long complication.

In this context, we would be throwing light on some other disorders that must be taken care off before applying stress during exercising.
