Apart from this aerobics and breathing exercises are also very useful in improving body mass. Once your body begins responding to the dietary regimens as well as aerobics etc. you should begin your visits to the gym on regular basis. Begin with lighter weights making small reps and cycles. Ensure to give yourself calorie rich diet and proteins while you are going to the gym. Begin with the upper body half and slowly shift the focus to the whole body.
