Ginger An Excellent Dietary Supplement

Gastrointestinal motility i.e. removal of waste material from the body is improved, ginger extract has also been shown to be able to reduce the body weight in obese person, and it has potent anti-hyperlipidemic activity. One of the important benefits of using ginger or ginger products is their ability to reduce motion sickness as well as nausea and vomiting.
