A well maintained body is the result of proper diet and the physical exercise.  Doing exercise daily will provide your body with a positive physical and mental outlook. Doing exercise with your friends or children would be more enjoyable rather than doing it alone.Exercise doesn’t mean the exact physical training with a personal trainer and weight training. Just doing some simple aerobic and cardio exercise will do.

Implementing exercise will help in your health condition also. The kind of exercise you do will help in keeping you well balanced and have long life. Some of the health reason why you should exercise is as follows:

When doing exercise daily your brain will work wonderfully. The physical activity you do will help in maintaining the blood circulation all through the body. This circulation will help in the proper functioning of the brain. This will result in the improvement of the memory and physical senses. The blood circulation will also help in balancing hormone secretions which in turn will help to manage anger and depression. Your thinking will be improved and you will be able to do things faster.

Physical exercise will help your heart to pump effectively. When doing the exercise the heart will pump harder and faster thereby pushing the blood through almost to whole of the artery, veins and capillaries. The good pumping of blood will have the blood oxygenated. This blood will help in improving the immune system of the body. Oxygenated blood is also helpful in leveling the blood pressure and nourishing the body organs.

Exercise will help improve your breathing and respiratory organ. Breathing deeply will help in clearing the lungs of the unwanted mucous and free radicals. This in turn will help in passing more oxygen into the internal organs and the blood. Doing exercise will help in exhaling the bad air and inhaling new air.

Exercise will help in strengthening of the body muscles. With the advance of age, body muscle will lose its strength and tone, with its flexibility. The exercise will help in regaining the tone and flexibility. You should train your different body muscles to have uniform muscle strength for the body. Playing tennis will help in the overall body muscle workout.

The physical exercise you do will help in making the bones in the body to strengthen and undertake weight bearing task. As we age the strength of the bones get depleted. But when doing the exercises like jogging or bicycling you are training your bones to get more power.

Exercise should be done by those who want to have a healthy body and to enjoy good health even when you age.
