Exercise – It is advised for persons suffering from the disease of hypertension should do yoga and some weight loss exercises on a regularly basis. Stress is also a major contributor of this disease, to keep the stress level low, some exercises like pranayam can be taken into account however, don’t start any exercises without consulting your regular physician.
With these tips above one can control his/her levels of hypertension or high blood pressure and on the same time is able to consume a healthy and nutrition rich diet, which in no doubt is necessary to live a long and healthy life.
