However, the temporary benefits of bodybuilding include augmented growth of muscles, strength, psychological positive feeling and increased sex strength but on the other hand the negative impacts points towards major harms and severe tribulations in health condition.

The general identified side effects of consuming bodybuilding steroids includes elevated blood pressure, increased risk of cardiac arrest, rapid mood disturbances, risk of liver damage, risk of cancer, foul breath, hair loss, regular headaches, weakening of immune system, reduced size of testicles, increased risks of infertility etc.

Due to the increased weight of side effects against its positive effects, the use of steroids is banned in all major sports events. Keeping in the mind of a bodybuilding steroid’s pros and cons, it is recommended for the individuals intended to start the bodybuilding and for those who had already started it to apt for a conventional approach based on healthy diets and heavy workouts with a qualified trainer and avoid the consumption of steroids as in no way the steroids can be considered safe for body health.
