Exercises are important for your health and fitness, but it will also increase your potency and make your sex life more enjoyable. Good exercise regimen improves sexual function or life.

1. Exercise increases your stamina and endurance power which will help you to do longer sex with your partner and hold unusual position for short period of time. In sex not only your body but mind or mental status is also involved, physically fit or healthier men look attractive and your sex partner feel more erotic towards you, it can be beneficial for you to live healthy sex lifestyle.

2. Both sex and exercises are the stress buster and keep you relaxed and happy. Physically and mentally fit person enjoys sex more compared to a non-fit person. Healthy muscle can increase your sexual pleasure since orgasms depend on multiple muscle activity. For elder man cardiovascular fitness is important for sexual function.

3. Simple exercises like walking and running briskly at least two miles per day, improve your performance in the bedroom. The benefits of exercises are improved self esteem, healthy mental status and confidence. Exercises give flexibility to your muscle which will help you to try new things and make your sexual activity more enjoyable.

4. Exercises not only increase your muscle strength and endurance but also enhanced your sexuality power. It will increase your blood flow and testosterone levels all lead to an energetic sex life. Regular exercise and healthy lifestyle such as good eating habits, avoid smoking and plenty of rest make you more sexually attractive and improve your physical performance during sex.

5. Exercises boost your sex life with overall general health. Exercise alone not removed you from all sexual dysfunctions, but it will increase your stamina, endurance, physically appearance etc., which is essential for healthy sex.
