Increase Your Size Fast
January 12, 2010
Are you that weakling on the beach that is always getting bullied around by the bigger, more muscular guys? Are you tired of not being big enough to stand up for yourself and your girl?
If you’ve had enough of muscular guys picking on you, then it’s time to do something about it. It’s time to get big yourself and it’s not as hard as it may seem. All it takes is some good muscle building tips and some sweat on your part and soon you will be just as big, as strong and as muscular as everyone else. Here are some tips to help you beef up in no time flat.
Reps
In order to get bigger muscles fast, you have to trade in reps for weight. High repetitions will define the muscle that you currently have, but you want to first put muscle on your body. That means adding more weight to your exercises and taking it easy on the number of sets and reps that you do.
By adding more weight to the machines and free weights that you are using, you will add resistance to your workout. The more resistance you add, the harder your muscles will need to work. Higher weights will keep your muscles growing.
Weight Training
Do exercises that are known to bulk a body up. These types of exercises require weights. Use barbells and dumbbells to work out your upper body. Lifting heavy weights during your upper body workouts will give you bulging biceps and strong pectoral muscles.
You can also use these free weights to increase the size of your legs by performing squats with heavy weights. You will also see different types of weight training machines in your gym. These too will add mass quickly. Try to stay away from high impact cardio activities as these will burn the muscle that you already have on your body and will make you slimmer and leaner.
Focus on the Entire Body
Most men tend to focus on building only their upper body and are left with huge arms and scrawny legs. Don’t forget to work on all of your muscles to give you a more balanced look. Otherwise your body will be disproportionate in size. Make sure that each muscle group is paid attention. All too often, people forget to work their shoulder or abdominal muscle groups. Don’t forget to rest in between days that you workout. This will give the muscles time to heal and redevelop.
Eat Big
Don’t skimp on food, but make sure it’s the right food. Eat to build mass. That means increasing the amount of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats that you eat each day. Try to eat more throughout the day as well.
