To build your muscle mass fast, you need the right type of diets. If you don’t take a proper diet at any phase then it would be very difficult for you to build muscle.
Diet for muscle building:
1. Nutrients require for grow your muscles:
High quality nutrients are essential to build muscle. If you want to build proper muscle then you should eat nutrients at short intervals to grow your muscle mass. Three most important nutrients:
a. Protein: It is one of the most important nutrients to build muscle. For bodybuilders, proteins are the most vital element in the entire process of muscle building. You need 225 gram protein per day divided over six meals for optimum muscle building. Cheaper sources of protein are eggs, protein powders, canned tuna and whole chicken.
b. Carbohydrates: Enough carbohydrates provide energy and ensure proteins are only used to build muscle. After an intense workout glycogen is depleted at that time high calorie simple sugars will help rapid muscle recovery. You need 350 gram of carbohydrates divided over six meals.
c. Fats: If you are a lanky person and want to gain weight then fats are very crucial for you. Essential fats are required for everyone to produce testosterone. Growth hormone is creating a positive nitrogen balance, which is essential to build muscle. You need 60 gram essential fats per day divided over six meals.
2. Eat six meal everyday and maximize muscle building process:
Three hours without food leads your body to tear which will affect your muscle building process tremendously. You should take six meals a day to keep your body in a state of positive nitrogen balance. It will help to grow your muscle beyond your imagination.
Maximize your muscle building process after take three important meals breakfast, post workout meal and bedtime meal.
Never exercise on empty stomach it will affect your body, health and muscle building process. Energy demands are higher during the workouts.
