Vitamin C helps to improve your health and performance of muscles. Vitamin B provides energy to your muscle, which is very useful during weight training.

It is also responsible for the creation of the red blood cells that support the whole body. Proper minerals and vitamins are very important to make your muscles bigger and stronger.
