Performance Enhancement of Body Building Exercises
Every bodybuilder’s intention is to bring strength and power to each and every muscle that he or she is building. Although, it is a known fact that after the initial burst of success, it becomes a little difficult to continuously progress and have better muscular growth, yet with a few tips from our side we can assure you that the success rate of building the muscles faster would increase by 30-40%.
Simplicity is the key to exercising
Continual muscular growth depends on progress being made at each workout. Progress is best evaluated and gauged on a work-out to work out basis i.e. by a careful evaluation of the increase in the weight used, or the number of repetitions performed on each exercise. By keeping the exercise routine simple yet stringent and targeted, it is always possible to achieve the maximum benefit rate.
Rules to increase the weigh gain output
The rules to be always kept in mind while performing body-building exercises are as follows: Make at least 4-8 reps for each weight exercise. As soon as you perform 7-8 reps without much discomfort or problem increase the weight resistance by 5 to 6%. Another important fact to remember is that, you should always increase the number of times you perform the exercise each day. Keep yourself aware about the maximum tolerable limit of weight that you can use, and try and use that much weight.
Slow and steady builds the muscles
For maximum growth stimulation it is always appreciable that you remain slow and smooth. Although, in most cases the slamming, banging and bouncing of weights while lifting or putting down is the choicest thing, yet maximum benefits can only be achieved if the reverse is followed. Good exercising is the one where there is a very slow weight lifting speed and a smooth gradual lowering as well. This helps in keeping the targeted muscle overloaded throughout the exercising regimen. The best overload is expected in a 10-15 second lift time and 5-7 seconds lowering time. With the following points in mind you could always ensure a better weight training and muscle building plan.
