How to perform Shavasan?
It is very important, that you begin your cool down with a small stretching session. Following this stretching work, and once you stop perspiring, lie down flat on a smooth and clean surface. The environment for performing this Yoga action should be clean and disturbance free. As we have already told to you in our article addressing dressing tips for exercise, for most Yoga actions the dress should not be too tight.
Once you are comfortable lie down flat on your back, your feets spread apart slight and your palms separate as well. Hands should be on their respective sides and relaxed. After achieving a complete balance, close eyes and achieve a relaxed state of mind and heart. Start breathing gently and feel the effect of your breathing on your abdomen, shallow breathing is the best way to achieve complete trans state. Enjoy this condition for 5-10 minutes daily past your exercise session.
