A good number of us know it very well that fitness is the essence of life, and it is only by being fit the goals of our life could be achieved, a good philosophy, that not many of us are actually able to convert into practice. In the following six pointer, we would like to sum up a few pertinent yet unrealized facts that are necessary to be kept in mind and are also important to emulate in order to have a better physical functionality.

Six facts about your bodily fitness

Muscles need exercise, if muscles remain unused and utrained they become weak and inefficient. A very good example of this problem is the pain in back and neck, in general this portion of our body remains less exercises and thus become weak. If properly exercised the muscle pain could be avoided and so is the back pain, which could be eliminated as well.

Exercising increases the capacity of lung, heart and other vital organs of the body, their capacity to perform better is also improved.

A fit person i.e. a person doing regular exercises is less prone to injuries, he has a lesser recovery time and his potential to return to work after an injury is more as well.

A regular exercise is a superb stress buster, by exercising a lot of nervous and mental tensions could be avoided. The focus on physical training helps you get relieved from daily routine problems.

A flabby stomach is like a very bad omen to the whole physical appearance of oneself, apart from looking ugly, a bulging, sagging abdomen could also be a cause of various postural problems and could be seriously detrimental to a good posture.

A final important point to be always keep in mind is that, there is no age of beginning to exercise, and as the saying goes ‘nobody is ever too old to do something good’, there is no good time than today itself to begin exercising and making yourself fit.
