Staying Motivated To Stay Fit Longer

So you have finally decided that you would give it all to make a perfect body shape. You have also made a commitment to your self, about the limits you are going to cross, in order to make things happen the way you want them to in the gym, it is a great though no doubt, but do you ever spare a moment to as to, how long would you have this burning desire remain hot in your inner self. Did you ever realize the fact that amongst 70% of the people with a burning desire at the beginning of their training schedule end up quitting exercise within 15 days of their training routines? Well, to ensure that you do not end up in this way we would be sharing a few tips to make sure your enthusiasm level are always at the to most.

Change the environment

Monotony, could be one of the biggest cause of lack of exercising desire, now the point is, how to over come monotony? If you exercise in the morning, then for a change skip the morning schedules and start exercising in the evening, if you exercise at home than join a gym for a few months. All these effects would increase your motivation level, in the same context, joining a gym would also ensure that you get to meet different kind of human souls, this will assist in social motivation as well.

Music the monotony breaker

Music is one of the best motivators of exercising. Exercise on your favorite rhythms, but do not stick to one. Keep changing the track and you would be happy to see how enjoyable the things would become for you.

Make a weekly chart

Writing down your achievements or failures in the form of a log, could be one of the major aspects of improving the motivation levels. A log not only helps you to determine your success level, but it also helps you to make sure that you do not loose a track of your set objectives.
