Tips To Lose Weight After Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a stressful time for a women’s body. The whole body is in a constant state of tension during the pregnancy. Women gain weight during pregnancy and after delivery of child; it becomes very hard to shed that extra weight. Strenuous workout is not advisable for women as the body is tender after pregnancy. Dieting can not be practiced because women are lactating at that time. The extra weight need to be shed carefully without harming the body.

- Set achievable goals which would not put too much strain on your body. Try to stretch your exercise for extra ten minutes or promise yourself to not to eat your favorite fattening dessert.

- Make your workout enjoyable. Keep introducing changes to your exercise patterns. Join with friends to workout as it would make it more interesting for you.
- Kill those hunger cravings by eating in small portions at regular interval. Eat whole grain diet which is healthy also. Try different recipes to make your food palatable but low cal.
- Enroll for a dance class. It would burn your calories and you would enjoy the exercise as well.
- Take your child out for long walks. This would burn the calories and would be refreshing for you.
- Always be regular to your exercise regime. Stick to it because once you miss it then it would become tough to stick to it.
- Swimming tones the full body. Try to opt for swimming. Go for swimming at least four times in a week for duration of one hour. It is a good exercise for your abdomen, butts, legs and arms.
