Joe Weider, a master and an achiever in the field of body building came up with these mantras of wisdom for the body building freaks. He conceptualized a complete set of exercises along with proper usage of weights to extend the muscular growth that extra bit, which mattered a lot to ensure that the growth of muscles does not inhibit and a faster effects of body building exercises are observable. Weider principles are a collection of 24 different kinds of exercise protocols. When these protocols are properly manoeuvred with a perfect body shape is achievable in lesser time.

Varying the exercise routine

Weider explains the effect of sporadic changes in exercise schedule to ensure better muscle susceptibility as well as to allow a proper recovery period in the training program.
