If you are an overweight person, who have big belly on your stomach and wants to remove all your extra fat, so that you look more attractive and elegant. Then follow these exercises and you can achieve your goal (to become a lanky person) very quickly.
Aerobic or cardio exercises are the best way to shed your weight very quickly. Here we give you some different type of aerobic or cardio exercises:
1. Cycling:
It is one of the best exercises to burn calories and remove extra weight from your body. You can go with your friends for morning cycling, if you have an office holiday then for change, you can go for a mountain biking or cross country cycling. It will also increase your stamina and muscles power.
2. Jogging:
Jogging or walking is one of the simple and effective aerobic exercises. Jogging is the best way to start your workout, and if you want to burn more calories then after sometime you can increase the intensity level. Quiet environment (early morning or evening) is best to perform this exercise.
Running is another form of this exercise. It will very useful to burn calories and remove extra fat from your body very quickly. Before start this exercise stretch your calves and lower back muscle.
3. Stair climber workout:
It is also known stair stepper and very effective for weight loss. Before you start this workout stretch your hamstrings, calves and lower back for 2-3 minutes. Go on the stepper machine and hold handrails, now start taking steps and increase your speed gradually. For change or variation, you can take short and long steps.
Remember these things: Eat protein 5 times in a day, increase your fiber intake and reduce your fat intake, avoid ice cream & colas and drink plenty of water.
