March 31, 2010

The monotonous menus often force us to abandon healthy diet programs. Most weight loss diet plans force you to give up your favorite foods. You become a reluctant fussy eater and meal times are steeped in boredom. Rotation diet was created for dieters like you who are looking for ways to escape the bland diet menus. Rotation diet
Most of us are caught in a dilemma while dieting. Fear of weight gain would prevent you from abandoning your diet plan. At the same time, you are tired and bored with the monotonous menus. Rotation diet helps to address your problems. It helps you to retain your healthy dieting habit while giving you limited liberty to enjoy your favorite dishes.

For a happy dieting experience, you should limit your calorie intake through healthy diet menus for three weeks, and on the fourth week, you can eat to your heart’s content. Hunger pangs developing from rigid dieting often forces dieters to abandon their dieting program. By encouraging dieters to enjoy a wide variety of low calorie nutritious and delectable food items, rotation diet helps to satisfy your hunger.

Rotation diet schedule
To overcome boredom from dieting, you should frequently change your calorie intake. During the first three days of dieting, men should restrict their calorie intake to 1200 calories, whereas women can consider lowering their calorie intake to 600 calories per day. On the following four days, you can add extra 300 calories to your diet.

On the second week of dieting, you can include 300 more calories to your diet. The diet schedule of the first week should be repeated on the third week. On the fourth week, you can return to your normal dieting habit.

Rotation diet encourages dieters to include low calorie fruits and vegetables in the menu. Oranges, pineapples, berries, peaches, grapefruits and apples are safe for people on calorie restrictive diet.

Watery vegetables such as cucumber, zucchini, asparagus, watercress, lettuce and spinach can satisfy your hunger without adding excess calories. The creators of rotation diet do not prohibit caffeine and alcohol consumption.

Artificial sweeteners should be avoided. Dieters should drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
